Metalstrip 2035 is a water-based paint stripper suitable for hot immersion stripping of ferrous materials and ferrous alloys. It can also be effectively used for stripping wood. However, its use on aluminum, light alloys, and zinc-coated materials is not recommended. Ready to use and free of halogenated hydrocarbons, Metalstrip 2035 offers a safe and effective solution for numerous industrial applications.
Technical requirements for the paint stripping system
Materials in contact must be made of carbon steel or stainless steel and must be resistant to strongly alkaline solutions. The paint stripping tank can be static; however, the use of mixers or specific mixing pumps will enhance paint stripping performance. The use of specific filtration systems will allow the separation of paint sludge, thus extending the lifespan of the paint stripping bath.
