Chemical backup supply and control system for pretreatment lines
ALITRON is an integrated chemical supply system designed for metal pretreatment lines and available in two configurations.
ALITRON CORE includes the IBC module with an integrated 300 L chemical reserve, which keeps the line supplied during IBC replacement while also acting as a safety containment basin for accidental leaks or spills.
For applications requiring a higher level of automation and process control, ALITRON CONTROL adds the optional CONTROL PACK, including a dedicated dosing pump, radar level sensor and control unit. This configuration enables automatic chemical dosing and continuous monitoring of chemical levels, consumption, alarms and key process parameters.

The integrated 300 L chemical reserve keeps the pretreatment line supplied while the IBC is replaced, preventing unnecessary production stops.
The polypropylene module also acts as a containment basin, designed to contain accidental leaks or spills from the IBC.
With the optional CONTROL PACK, chemical dosing is automatically managed according to the measured process parameters.
Chemical levels, consumption, alarms and key process data can be continuously monitored and made available to operators and the customer’s plant management system.
