Metalstrip 1201 offers significant advantages for operators due to its formulation free from chlorinated solvents, petroleum products, phenols, chromates, ammonia, amines, and acids. This stripper is suitable for ambient temperature operations, ensuring excellent adhesion even on vertical surfaces and reducing consumption compared to conventional paint strippers.

Apply an even layer of product on the surface using appropriate brushes, rollers, or non-atomizing spray. Let the product sit for the required time, then remove any unreacted stripper and paint residue using a spatula or scraper. Complete the operation with an emulsifying detergent.
Metalstrip 1201 can be applied to aluminum and its alloys, steel, cast iron, and titanium when used as specified in the technical sheet. It can be used for limited periods on galvanized steel and chromated magnesium alloys. The use of Metalstrip 1201 is not recommended on high-strength steel, magnesium, cadmium-plated steel, rubber, or plastic.
