Metalstrip 3310 is an acidic, organic, and ready-to-use paint stripper developed for immersion and hydrodynamic systems. This stripper is ideal for removing a wide range of coatings with thicknesses between 60 and 120 µm, with treatment times that can be very short. Metalstrip 3310 is free of halogenated hydrocarbons and amines, making it a safe and effective choice for many industrial applications.

Technical requirements for the paint stripping system
Materials in contact must be made of AISI316L stainless steel and must be resistant to heated acidic solutions. The product generates foam, so any tank mixing should be sub-surface and adjustable. The use of specific filtration systems will allow the separation of paint sludge, thus extending the lifespan of the paint stripping bath.
